Exchange Policy

• At Murraya, we give customer satisfaction an utmost priority and would be pleased to offer an exchange of your purchase provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retaining all its original tags.

• In case of exchange due to size and style issues, a request should be raised within 7 days of receiving your order, via email: hello@shopmurraya.com or WhatsApp: +91 9953 999703

• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged or returned again for a refund. However, store credit will be provided

• We will arrange a pickup of the product to be exchanged and after it is inspected by our quality control team, we will dispatch the replacement product as soon as it is ready to be shipped. This process typically takes up to 10 days.

• In case the new size/style required is not available, our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy will be applicable.

• We do not have an exchange option for international orders.

Return Policy

• At Murraya, we offer easy returns and will accept your return request provided the clothes are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and retaining all its original tags.

• If you would like to return any items, a request should be raised within 7 days of receiving your order, via email: hello@shopmurraya.com or WhatsApp: +91 9953 999703

• We will arrange a pickup of the product to be returned from the delivery address and after it is inspected by our quality control team, we will refund the money within 2 days of approval. The customer can choose from one of the following refund options:

  • Store credit: We provide a credit note/ coupon code of the FULL AMOUNT, which can be used by you during your next purchase. The store credit is valid for 6 months.
  • Bank refund: We refund the amount minus Rs.200 (adjusted towards shipping and handling charges) to your bank account. We will need the following details: Name, A/C number, IFSC Code, Bank & Branch name.

• COD charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

• At Murraya, we take full responsibility for our actions, so if the return is due to the customer receiving a damaged product, we will replace the product or provide a full refund of the invoice value. Such a request should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

• We do not have a return option for international orders.

Cancellation Policy

Murraya’s products are handcrafted & made to order, hence the cancellation of orders once order processing has started makes it challenging. Hence, cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Exhibition Policy

   The sales made during exhibitions are not eligible for return or exchange through any other channel. However, exchanges can be done within the exhibition duration from which they were purchased.
