Once the order is confirmed, it usually takes about 5-7 working days for it to get shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order is lined up for pickup. You may use the tracking number on the website of the logistics partner to check the status of the purchased product(s) and the expected date of delivery.
Domestic customers will also receive a WhatsApp from our logistics partner confirming that the order has been picked up and they will also receive another WhatsApp message when the order is out for delivery.
